We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

2. Products & Jewelry Care

Product Descriptions: We make every effort to display the colors, features, specifications, and details of our jewelry as accurately as possible. However, actual colors and appearances may depend on your device display.
Handmade & Unique Items: Because many of our pieces feature custom components or natural materials, minor variations in color, tone, or texture may occur and are a natural feature of handcrafted items.
Jewelry Care: Proper care is required to preserve the longevity of fine and delicate jewelry. We are not responsible for damage resulting from normal wear and tear, exposure to chemicals (perfumes, soaps, water), or improper storage/handling.

3. Pricing, Orders, & Payment

Payment Processing: Payments are securely processed at checkout via our integrated Big Cartel payment providers (PayPal and/or Stripe). We do not store your full credit card or payment details.
Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. If we make a change to or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you using the email provided at checkout.
Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Customized or made-to-order items may require additional production time as noted in the product listing.
Delivery & Carrier Delays: Once an order is handed over to the shipping carrier, Inner Rush Jewelry is not responsible for postal delays, transit issues, or lost/stolen packages after delivery confirmation.
Address Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer is responsible for re-shipping fees.

5. Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

Return Policy: Due to the personal nature of jewelry, all sales are Final. Eligible for store credit within 7 days of delivery.
Damaged Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact our team at innerrushjewelry@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving your package with your order number and photo proof of the damage so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

6. Intellectual Property

All content included on this Site—including but not limited to logos, images, product photos, designs, graphics, and text—is the exclusive property of Inner Rush Jewelry and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
